Powers:can manipulate water, can cause rain, can breath water(a bit like breathing fire, with water)
Flaws:Small size, shy, overly calm, occasionally feels sudden spams of pain
Role-play:I swim down, deeper. then deeper still. I love the feeling of the cool water over my scales. Suddenly I turn up and swim up. I burst through the surface of the water and fly high into the sky, flying untill it gets cold. I level out and fly among the clouds, making sure there is good cloud cover. I suddenly feel a spasm of pain, but an calm through it. I go low and skim the water before plunging in, slowing, and stop.
