"OW! okay, OW!" I walk out the door, holding my arm that has a bruise that's turnign a nasty shade of green. "Where to now?" I glance at teh clothing store. My hoodie is now SOAKED, and i still have money for whatever reason, so I could get a hoodie.

I heard the ch-ching! of the cash register and looked up greedily. Pies and cinnamon buns were being kept warm behind some glass, oozing frosting or jam. I always loved it here. "Come on," I said to Cactus. I was getting used to her name.

I look at my paws, then turn back into a person and take the pie. "Thanks," I skipped towards a table. It was a lot less crowded in here, now that I wasn't a wolf. I felt self-conscious of the people and other creatures staring at me.

After about a few pieces of pie, I get a stomach ache. I put the plastic lid back on the pie. Steam beads up on the sides and clouds my view of the pie. Wow, that's hot, I thought.
